Rizzoli's Automotive

I asked Rizzoli’s to analyze the condition of my vehicle before I sold it on the used market. I wanted to make sure when I told perspective buyers that it was in very good condition, I was being accurate. Carlos assured me that it was in very good condition and could be even better with new air filters, etc. I sold the vehicle within a week and shared Rizzolis recommendations with buyers. All in all, very good experience and made selling much less stressful.

I’ve taken both of my vehicles for service at the Rizzoli’s in Atascadero. I’m so happy not to drive to SLO for service at the dealerships. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to returning there for future auto service.

Being from out of town when the driveshaft and yolk of my car broke was a terrible experience. Of course it happened on a Sunday when everything was closed so we used Lyft to get to San Luis Obispo to rent a car. In a conversation with the service provider at the rental agency, we learned that he had once worked at Rizzoli‘s and highly recommended them.We are so glad we took our 2005 Dodge Magnum there. Carlos kept in touch with us the whole time he was searching for replacement parts and was able to find what was needed while saving me over $1000 in the process.

We had a great experience Rizzoli's Automotive. They did a major service and brakes on our 2028 GMC Canyon. The work was done on budget and on time. The truck has over 111,000 miles on it and now runs (and stops!) like a new truck.

Timing belt replacement Brake lines replacement. They did a great job and prices are reasonable too. They even returned my van right to my house and brought me back home after I dropped my car off. That's great Service

Rizzoli's is my new go to mechanic. Lisa at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I brought my Mercedes In for diagnostic to find out why my check engine light was on. They found that there was a recall and the problem was covered by Mercedes. Had Rizzoli's also do oil and smog and found them ti be a great value for the professional service they provided. Love when I feel I can trust my Mechanic!!!

Very pleased with their work. Rizzoli’s took over for Ferrell’s when Ed retired last summer. My family has been taking our cars here for more than 20 years. I gave Ferrell’s a try with a lot of work on my old Honda. They were very clear what needed to be done and why and it made sense to me. They are very professional, easy to talk to, great communication, and honest. I looked over the itemized bill and it was fair, exactly what they had estimated. I will definitely continue to bring our cars here.

I had a great experience going to Rizzoli’s! I had an emergency with my car and needed to take it in and they were very accommodating, even though I didn’t have an appointment. The employees were all nice and explained the situation with my car in a way I could understand (I’m not a car buff). I will definitely be coming back when/if I have another issue with my car!
